Terms and Conditions xe8my — Complete Platform Usage Guide

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and xe8my ("Platform", "We"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the xe8my platform, including account registration, gaming activity, financial transactions, and use of all related services.

By accessing the xe8my website, downloading our mobile app, or registering as a member, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the xe8my platform immediately. Continued use after any terms amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and use xe8my services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• A Malaysian citizen or permanent resident currently residing in Malaysia.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not included on any active self-exclusion list.
• Not registering from any region or jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling.

Xe8my reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a user is found to be underage, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds will be frozen pending the outcome of the investigation.

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) active account at xe8my at any one time. Registering multiple accounts is a violation of our terms and will result in the termination of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, identification number, date of birth, phone number, and active email address. False or misleading information may result in account suspension without notice.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is part of xe8my's compliance and security measures. You may be asked to submit verification documents such as a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or other relevant documents. The KYC process is completed entirely within the platform.

• The name on your xe8my account must match the name on your registered bank account.
• One phone number and email address can only be linked to one account.
• Xe8my is not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate or outdated information.

Xe8my accepts deposits via a variety of trusted local payment methods, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, Boost, and direct bank transfer. All deposits must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Third-party account: Deposits from accounts not in the member's own name are not accepted and will be refunded within 1–3 business days.
• Minimum deposit: RM 10 for most payment methods.
• Credit time: FPX and e-wallet deposits are processed instantly; bank transfers within 5–15 minutes.
• No deposit fees: xe8my does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

Xe8my reserves the right to hold any deposit suspected of being linked to fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities until the investigation is concluded. Funds proven to have been obtained unlawfully will be confiscated and reported to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawals from your xe8my account are subject to the following conditions. Withdrawal requests that do not meet these conditions may be delayed or rejected until the requirements are fulfilled.

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.
• Full KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• Bonus rollover requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal can be made.
• Processing time: 1–24 hours for standard withdrawals; up to 3 business days for withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000.

Xe8my reserves the right to conduct additional checks, including re-KYC verification, source of funds confirmation, or other security reviews for withdrawal requests deemed unusual in amount or pattern. These measures are in place to protect all members from fraudulent activity.

All bonuses and promotions offered by xe8my are subject to the specific terms and rules stated in each offer. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• One bonus per promotion: Each member is eligible to claim each bonus once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Rollover requirement: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The rollover requirement is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Validity period: Bonuses have a limited validity period. Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the validity period ends.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to the rollover. The contribution percentage for each game category is stated in the promotion terms.

• Do not share your password or account information with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to the support team immediately.

Xe8my will not be held liable for any losses arising from a member disclosing their login credentials to a third party, whether intentionally or accidentally. All activity carried out using your login credentials is considered your own.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xe8my platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing betting limits.
• Using any bot software, automated tools, or scripts to play or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting results ("collusion").
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities or errors in the game software.
• Money laundering or using the platform for unauthorized financial transactions.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.

Xe8my reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time where there is sufficient cause. Reasons may include but are not limited to:

• Violation of any terms stated in this document.
• Evidence or indication of fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Account closure request submitted by the member themselves.

In the event of termination due to a terms violation, xe8my reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Any valid balance will be returned to the verified account holder, minus any losses or costs incurred as a result of the violation.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact the xe8my support team via live chat. Account closure will be processed once all withdrawal conditions are met and there are no pending transactions.

Xe8my is fully committed to the principles of responsible gaming. We believe that healthy entertainment starts with self-control, and we provide a range of tools to help members maintain that balance.

• Daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits: Set your own deposit limits in your account settings.
• Session time limits: Set your own session time limits for gaming.
• Temporary break: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Self-exclude from the platform for 6 months to 5 years, or permanently.

Xe8my provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be free from technical disruptions, software errors, or unexpected downtime. That said, we strive to maintain an uptime of above 99.9%.

• Xe8my is not liable for losses arising from internet disruptions on the user's end.
• Wins obtained through exploitation of technical errors ("bug exploits") will not be paid out and will be voided.
• Game results determined by an audited RNG system are final and cannot be disputed.
• Xe8my's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total funds deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the incident.

Xe8my makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. It is the member's responsibility to ensure that use of this service complies with the local laws applicable to them.

Xe8my reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to members via in-app notifications or email at least 7 days before taking effect. Minor changes such as spelling corrections or editorial updates may be implemented without specific notice.

Continued use of the xe8my platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. Members who do not agree with the changes are advised to close their account before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms will be resolved through xe8my's designated dispute resolution process, and if necessary, through the relevant Malaysian legal system.
